2023 Data Collection - QDM KPIs

Please use this form to enter each of your key performance indicators for 2023. This information is required by both EQUS and CDM for ARC annual reporting. Note that Research Outputs have already been entered directly into the EQUS Hub and CDM Polestar.

EQUS Hub
Currently EQUS is transitioning to a new method for KPI collection and is likely to be a ‘one-form-for-all’ on the new EQUS website. For now, the information gathered here will be compiled in a spreadsheet for EQUS.
